you can try cooking Gnocchi ai 4 formaggi. In a few minutes you can bring to the table an
extremely tasty and fragrant dish that will make you make a splendid impression with your guests.

Ingredients
500g potato gnocchi
1 jar of our homemade 4 formaggi sauce
salt & pepper
Place a large saucepan with plenty of salted water on the stove in which you will cook the gnocchi.
On another stove put another pan, pour all the content of the jar and heat at very low flame.
When water has reached boiling temperature, cook the gnocchi (which will take just 2 – 3 minutes
to be ready); when the gnocchi are cooked, drain them and put them in the pan with the cheese sauce.
Mix the cheese sauce with the gnocchi with a wooden spoon and then you can serve your
4 formaggi gnocchi on the table with a sprinkling of pepper on top.
